Delivery Policy & Guidelines

1. Coverage Areas in Pune

Flowers Vibe Studio operates from Keshavnagar, Pune. We provide direct hand-delivery across all major neighborhoods including Keshavnagar, Mundhwa, Koregaon Park, Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, Magarpatta City, Kharadi, Hadapsar, Camp, and surrounding Pune localities.

2. Order Cutoffs & Timings

Standard Same-Day Orders: Orders confirmed prior to 3:00 PM IST will be delivered on the same day within the selected delivery window.
Express / Midnight Deliveries: Available upon prior request via WhatsApp (+91 98605 77566) with at least 6 hours advance notice.
Wedding & Event Installations: Setup schedules are mutually confirmed 1 to 2 weeks ahead of the event date.

3. Packaging & Climate Care

All fresh flowers are dispatched in upright protective carrying carriers or specialized flower boxes. Stems remain enclosed in nutrient-rich moisture packets to prevent wilting regardless of Pune's weather and traffic conditions.

4. Delivery Attempts & Recipient Unavailability

Because fresh florals are perishable, our courier will attempt to contact the recipient or sender via phone upon arrival. If the recipient is unavailable, the parcel may be left with a security desk, reception, or neighbor with the customer's written consent via WhatsApp or phone.

5. Freshness & Replacement Assurance

If your flowers arrive visibly damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please share a clear photograph within 24 hours of receipt to our WhatsApp support line at +91 98605 77566 or email saudagardhope@gmail.com. We will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement bouquet or suitable resolution.
