1. Orders & Contract Acceptance
By placing an order via our website or through our official WhatsApp business desk (+91 98605 77566), you agree to these terms. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification or mutual agreement on custom order specifications.
2. Fresh Flower Nature & Seasonal Substitutions
Flowers are natural, perishable products subject to seasonal availability. While we make every effort to replicate catalogue designs, our floral designers reserve the right to substitute stems with blooms of equal or higher value and matching aesthetic tone if specific stems are unavailable on the delivery date.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on the website and quoted for custom arrangements are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Delivery charges for specific Pune PIN codes and applicable taxes are clearly calculated before final payment.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
Due to the bespoke conditioning and perishable nature of fresh flowers, requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery slot. Custom event styling bookings are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in your personalized quotation.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
